Overview

In the rapidly accelerating AI landscape, brands that focus only on product updates and funding rounds risk being drowned out by the noise. The Artificial Super Intelligence Alliance’s (ASI Alliance) mission to decentralise the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) needed to be matched with clarity, credibility, and cultural relevance. To cut through, they had to become more than technical pioneers and instead, needed to lead the conversation.

The brief

We were tasked with repositioning the organisation not just as an innovator, but as a thought leader capable of shaping the global AI debate. The challenge wasn’t reaching the right people, it was about resonating with them. How could we establish ASI as a critical force in the future of intelligence, while creating a narrative that was compelling enough to be heard by the public, policymakers and media.

As AGI development outpaces public understanding, ASI Alliance needed a communications strategy that could elevate their voice above the usual chatter of white papers and protocol launches.

The solution

We developed a global communications strategy that spanned media relations, executive profiling, keynote platforms, and brand narrative development. The core of our solution was the creation of The Ten Reckonings of AGI, a strategic storytelling device developed with ASI founder Dr. Ben Goertzel.

This platform reframed the AGI conversation, highlighting ten urgent debates that were being overlooked in the mainstream discourse. It provided ASI with a powerful brand narrative, one that would anchor future product announcements, funding rounds and global activations.

For launch, we staged an exclusive war-room style event in San Francisco for the world’s top tech and policy media. Senior journalists from The Washington Post, The New York Times, WIRED and CryptoNews attended and took part in facilitated ‘Reckoning’ debates designed to bring the tension of the AGI race to life. These conversations sparked immediate editorial demand and helped ASI Alliance move from functional updates to a long-term presence in the global AI dialogue.

The impact

The results were both immediate and far-reaching. Article volume surged from 40 to over 200 within a single quarter.

Key message pull-through reached 581 million, with coverage landing in top-tier media across 15 countries. The Ten Reckonings now shape the organisation’s entire communications roadmap, while also fuelling business growth. This brand-first approach ensured ASI’s business stories travelled further, landed stronger, and helped lay the foundation for long-term trust in one of the most sensitive technological debates of our time.
